Generate PCML file while compiling RPGLE module

Hi
Has anyone tried to generate a PCML file while create
a RPGLE module,
If you take option 15 on RPGLE program and then take
F4 and then F10 to see all options and page down all
the way to last screen there is a option 
Generate program interface . . .   *NO    *NO, *PCML  
Program interface stream file  .

I tried putting *PCML and ifs path to one of my
folders on AS400, it does not work

Anyone has tried it
