I wrote a Java stored procedure a year or so ago. It can be done... there is a redbook about it... somewhere??? However, I didn't have very good luck with the performance. I found SQL and/or RPG stored procedures to be much faster and simpler to write. If I run across that redbook again, I will send the link.
