That link didn't work for me but I recreated the search. What document were you referring to?

I added java.awt.headless=true and everything is working now. I thought I tried that before I installed PASE but maybe I didn't. Anyone care to try setting java.awt.headless=true and trying it on a system without PASE to be sure?

I got the properties to take. It just caused other problems. I'm
thinking I need to install: iSeries Tools for Developers PRPQ (5799PTL)
before I can turn the properties for awt on.   All the jFreeChart
software is doing is building a PNG graphic that is displayed via the
Cewolf jsp tags. It is a shame the AS/400 is requiring all this extra
attention.
