Try setting the following system values: QLANGID ---> ENG QCNTRYID --> GB Actually, the locale is determined from the LANGID and CNTRYID of the user's job. But from your posting, I'm assuming that you have the USRPRF values for LANGID and CNTRYID set to *SYSVAL for this user.
