Find entry params of RPGLE program

Hi
I was just curious if we can find out programmatically
the entry parameters of a RPGLE program.
I wanted to write some utility which will generate a
PCML file when we provide a program name,
Some how i feel that It takes lot of time to build a
PCML file In my project all the entry parameters are
referenced to a external file which have about 20
fields in it, and it takes lot of time and human
errors which are caught only during execution of the
program
