Google gave me a PDF file called "Progress JDBC Configuration" at
psdn.progress.com/library/whitepapers/sql92/docsjdbc.pdf. On page 5 it says
"The JDBC client is supported on Microsoft Windows NT, Sun Solaris SPARC,
IBM AIX, HP-UX, Compaq Tru64 UNIX, and Linux X86."

Subject: Accessing a Different DB from the 400

Folks,
Has anyone been able to access a different DB using Java on the iSeries?
I am trying to extract data from a Progress DB server running on a Windows
2000 Box into the iSeries.
I found that there are no type 4 JDBC drivers for Progress DB.

Any ideas on how I can access this Progress DB?

Ram.
