For the AS/400 we use the library list feature of the JDBC connection from an 
.ini file.


I didn't want to do that because the app allows the user to select
divisions of the company, and each division has its files in a
separate library.  The connection comes from a pool, so it really
wouldn't work.  The SQL string is built using a utility method that
gets the library name from the division ID.
