java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: java/util/Currency

Hi
i m using java 1.4 and i am having this error when i
try to create a new object of SimpleDateFormat in my
java program
Did any one had this problem, and what is the reason
and solution,
Is there any IBM site where i can report this as
error,
I have cut paste the total message below

  "com.pfizer.maps.data.CreatePdfForPO".              
                        
Recovery  . . . :   Contact the person responsible for
program maintenance to  
  determine the cause of the problem.
