Thanks...  I am using Tomcat and have defined a generic username and
password that is used to connect in the server.xml file.  I will see if we
can just add the libraries we need to this username.  Thanks for the
insight.

Does anyone know if it is possible to use some thing similar to 
*LIBL/table
name in SQL statements?  I know explicitly defining library/table name
works, but I need to read from a user's current library list, which defers
from location to location.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
