Submit job in batch from Java using toolbox

Hi,
I have a RPG program called Test, i have a PCML for
this file and i set the values in PCML and use command
boolean rc = pcml.callProgram(PCMLFile);

this calls the program in interactive mode, is there a
way i can submit this program in batch , like CL
command

Is is possible to do this from java, 
how can i send parameters to the program
