Can't updateapplication (war file) using HTTPAdmin interface

When I click update button, the screen simply refresh itself. No error is
given. The contents in the installedApps are not updated. But the
jvmstderr.log file in \QIBM\UserData\HTTPA\admin\logs does show that error
occurred:

This testapp.war is exactly the same as that used to install. Why it can be
installed and can't be used to update? I am on V5R1.
