Authority question

I have a java pgm which is called from a cl.

It runs under QUSER.  QUSER doesn't have authority to the files the java pgm
needs to update.

Is there a way to have the java pgm run under a profile other than quser?  Or to
swap profiles?

If so, I'd appreciate a link to a document.  So far what I've found concerns
using WAS.  I'm new to java so please forgive me if this is a blatantly obvious
newbie question :)

I'm on V4R5.
