Frank,
Just to add to this, if the message does not appear to be sent, run
CJAVAMAIL in debug and take a look at rtnCode and rtnText.

it really should not take long... I just did one with 9, 1 Meg attachments
and it was there within seconds...
Did you change cjavamail to have your email address as the "to"
C Eval from = 'anything@xxxxxxxxxxx'
C Eval to = 'youremail@xxxx company.com'
C Eval replyTo = 'youremail@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx'
C Eval subject = 'JavaMail'
C* Eval text = 'james test send file '

It's not the destination that counts in life it's the journey. The journey
with the people we love is all that really matters. Such a simple truth so
easily forgotten.

Everything is installed and all 3 programs (strmail, cjavamail, & clsmail)
were called. How long does it take to send the email?
I double checked the Javamail.properties and corrected the hostname just
before calling the 3 programs. What could be the problem?
TIA,
Frank
