I do not believe that I am using SystemDefault.properties on any of the machines. I think it normally goes into /QIBM/UserData/Java400/SystemDefault.properties or into a user directory. My sys admin checked the tcpip configs and confirmed that they were the same on all three machines (minus, of course, necessary changes like the particular IP of that box).
