Joe - my understanding is that Seagull, Jacada, etc. already have access to the same API that WebFacing uses. There was no way IBM would get away with keeping it "secret" so the WF guys had at best a year or so's head start. Don't know the exact terms under which the API information is revealed - it is still not a public API as far as I know - but I know they have it available to them. Probably via the Partnerworld agreement I would guess. For this reason I would assume that they will also be able to run as batch in the future just as WF will be able to.
