As you've probably seen, Google comes up with a lot of personal rate calculators, but little in the way of commercial packages. In the first few hundred pages or so, anyway. ;-) Another place you might look is at javasoft's Solutions Marketplace: http://industry.java.sun.com/solutions/1,2346,,00.html They have things arranged by category, including Financial Services http://industry.java.sun.com/solutions/products/by_type/1,2359,all-11-0,00.h tml although they are then grouped in alphabetical order. If you find something promising, you do need to ensure that standard, rather than DBMS specific, JDBC is used so that it can run against DB2/400 ( or any other DBMS ) without problems. I don't have any particular recommendations. IBM's Partners in Development page and the midrange magazines' commercial listings are other places to look. sourceforge *may* have something, but I would be leery of open source for this kind of thing unless the project had strong, committed backing. If you can't find anything suitable, there are no doubt people/companies on this list who could write a package for you on various bases.
