I don't know what difference you are seeing, but you will have to set
them using something like java -DmyEnvVar=%myEnvVar%....

Does anyone know how to retrieve the environment variables in Java the
same
as the RPG QtmhGetEnv API?  I looked at the environment variables from
System.getProperties(), but it is not the same as the web environment
variables retrieved by the RPG API.  I need to retrieve these variables
in
Java as well as RPG.

Any ideas?
