Ken -- I haven't quite figured out the correspondence between the Toolbox releases and PTFs versus the JTOpen releases except that the toolbox is pretty far behind JTOpen. There is a table built in the SystemValueList class that contains the allowable system values for each release -- the class doesn't just rely on what is present on the 400. So, if you're using an older version of the SystemValueList class, it won't have the QPWDLVL value in the table. Another test would be to try QMAXJOB which was put into the table in the same release. I see that the download site is down. The IBM site, in general, seems to be kinda screwed up because all links to http://www.as400.ibm.com/... seem to not be working either.
