We have been looking for a low cost FTP server and client the AS/400 that
is secure (SSL, SSH, PGP). So I starting thinking (dangerous I know), what
if we took an existing open source Java based FTP server and added the
security peice?

Do you guys know of any open source SSL, SSH, or PGP APIs?
