Cross Reference Tables on AS/400

Does anyone know where the cross reference tables are on AS/400 and how to
clean them.  When I create tables on AS/400 using long SQLnames for example
EBPRODUCTTODESC, OS/400 creates a physical file like EBPROD00001 and stores
a relationship in O/S tables, it does the same thing for field names.  I
need to know in which table these relationships are stored and how to clean
or repair them.  Instead of using Reclaim Storage command which requires me
to put AS/400 in restricted mode.

When I run my SQLStatments from Java :-) to create tables i get OS system
error.  When I tried to run them on AS/400 I got a message in my job log
saying OS System Error.  And solution is that i need to reclaim storage.
