Now I can run IBM JSP examples in this location:
http://192.168.0.170/webapp/examples/ . I can copy my jsp files to
H:\QIBM\ProdData\WebASAdv\hosts\default_host\examples\web and everything
works.

Now I created my own web application. I follow IBM /webapp/examples/ and set
up a  /webapp/test/. The document root is:
H:\QIBM\UserData\WebASAdv\default\hosts\default_host\test\web. The web
application path is /webapp/test.

I stopped and started the server and the admin console shows test
application is up and running. But http://192.168.0.170/webapp/test/ shows
'not authorized' error.
