Hi Patrick. Looks like a config issue on your as/400. We don't have that problem. Your message indicates how you have specified *signoff for an initial menu. In our case, the program ends in Qinter so the virtual device is available but not active. WebFacing automatically "cleans" up and reuses it's virtual devices. At some point, they'll give us control on how and how often that cleanup runs. We don't have your problem and haven't under any ptf level for WebFacing on v4r5 or v5r1...
