Yes, JSP's for 2 displayfiles are compiled over and over again.  I found
this in the
'qibm/UserData/WebASAdv/default/logs/default_server_stderr.log'

ERRORS ON PROCESSING?

I also managed to cut and paste a piece of the
'qibm/UserData/WebASAdv/default/logs/default_server_stdout.log'.
1) the first piece is generate while waiting on next screen.  I have
reasons to think this is correct, the panel comes up in an acceptable
time:
