Thanks to everyone who responded. I guess it slipped my mind that running a java program created a new JVM on a windows box (ie a new DOS window). I appreciate everyone's help. I supposed there's no way to view/use objects from JVM to JVM. :) Without saving the object in one application and picking it up in another. (serialize?) Brad www.bvstools.com
