Help!!!!!

I need help!!!

I am quickly approaching a deadline on a project and I am stuck on a problem
I am not sure how to get past.

It is a VAJ visual compositon tool problem.

Here is the best description I can give.

I have a GUI bean with a button, on mouse release for the button I am doing
2 things:
1 loading a Vector from an AS400 file (mouseRelease->eventToCode)
2. fireing a mouse event to next level (I used the promote bean feature)

I chance the connection order on the bean so the Vector load happens first.

What happens is that the Vector load routine method starts but it seems like
half way through the laod routine the event fires to the next level so the
load does not complete?

Does this make sense to anybody?  I need some help here ... can anybody
help?
