It certainly looks like this might help, but I'm stumbling around in the
dark here.

At a guess I would need to add a pass directive, something like:
pass / /QIBM/ProdData/HTTP/Public/jt400/*

Could someone who knows what the're doing confirm this. Also should this be
against CONFIG or *ADMIN? Will I need to start the HTTP server?

Out of my depth...again
Chris.

Sounds like you need to alter you HTTP config so files in the directory are
in view. By default very few files are available via the HTTP server. You
have to alter HTTP config to allow access to Toolbox files. In the old
days you would do this by running the wrkhttpcfg command.

All,

I'm trying to install the toolbox on my pc, from the AS400, using the
Toolbox Installer. If I run:

java utilities.AS400ToolboxInstaller -install -source mysystem -target
d:\java\jt400\

I get the following exception:

java.io.IOException: Server returned HTTP response code: 403 for URL:
http://nsbuk1/QIBM/ProdData/HTTP/Public/jt400/JT400.PKG

I assume I need to do something to the http server on the AS400, but what?

Thanks,
Chris
