On VAJ CD you have a good documentation about this, with many examples.
Respect the installation process.

In Visual Age Developper Domain web site, there is a lot of articles about
team server, how to use and how to get organized to use it.

Then search team server in the VADD search (on the left side, not the IBM
one)
