I just took a peek at the JDK 1.3 documentation, and BigNum doesn't show up under the "All Classes" list... That suggests that BigNum isn't a standard Java class -- i.e. it isn't part of the JDK -- so any native methods on BigNum would have to be supplied by its author. Where are you loading your "BigNum" class from? Are you seeing an UnsatisfiedLinkError? -blair Blair Wyman -- iSeries JVM -- (507) 253-2891 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "I was born not knowing, and have had only a little time to change that here and there." -- Richard P. I am attempting to use a native method for the BigNum class. I can not determine the service program to load (using the System.loadlibrary method) to use this native method. Can anyone help?
