Help with registering a new security provider

Hi all.  I am using the Cryptix PGP classes on our AS/400.  I have converted 
everything from native Java IO classes to the AS/400 IO classes.  On the PC, 
all works well.  I moved the classes over to the 400 and compiled them again.  
Now, I am getting the error that the security provider Cryptix is not 
registered.  I assed the registration line to the java.security file everywhere 
on the IFS that I found the file.  Still..no luck.  Does anyone have any 
suggestions as to the problem and/or resolution?
