No... We just upgraded from v4r5 to v5r1. And appled the 3.5.4 ptf on both
the iSeries and the Admin Console. Maybe when the upgrade happenned,
something went wrong.

Did the subsystem get ended abnormally, like *IMMED?  This will result in
corruption.
