I get the following error then:

javac -J-Djava.version=1.2 CreateDTWUser.java

CreateDTWUser.java:32: Class com.ibm.db2.jdbc.app.DB2Driver not found.

                DriverManager.registerDriver(new
com.ibm.db2.jdbc.app.DB2Driver());
                                                                     ^

Where does the classpath come from using these settings ?
