First of all, you're posting on the wrong list; MIDRANGE-L would be most appropriate for this, as it's not really about RPG (and certainly not about Java). That said, I think you probably want to look at the priorities of the messages. I've never seen behaviour like this, and I've been working with MQSeries and RPG (and latterly Java) four about four years.
