Hello,
I have a java400 program on Arabic Enabled Windows NT which talks
to as400 machine via JT400 to access data in file tagged with ccsid
(420 for arabic).....The machine ccsid is 65535 but my user profile is
set to change the default value of ccsid to 420 and language id to
ARA..When the pgm is called the data which is stored in English is
returned properly,But data stored in arabic is returned as junk
values.....The primary language is English and there is no secondary
language in arabic installed on the as400......Is this a
problem and do I need to install secondary language support on
AS400....
Thanks in advance...

Harish
