Connecting to AS/400 by using Websphere running on NT

Hello Everybody

I am having a problem while connecting to as/400 by using websphere 
application server 3.5.3 evaluation copy running on windows  NT.

I am putting down the error description which I am getting while starting 
the websphere application server on windows NT.

As per the release notes of WebSphere Application Server
Standard Edition for iSeries 400 V3.0.2.2, I updated the config file with 
the following information

com.ibm.ejs.sm.adminServer.dbUrl=jdbc:as400://MyAS400;prompt=true;lob 
threshold=1050000

Do I have to make any configuration settings more?
