I'm currently having similar problems with jar files.  I just got a brand
new error: java.lang.ClassFormatError.  That's a new one.

I'm installing (I hope) 3.5.3 as I write this.  I have to find the 3.5.3
version of the adminclient - anybody happen to know where that lives?
