We are trying to run a java program in batch (using qsh) and we're getting a
message to set a variable QIBM_MULTI_THREADED to 'Y' and restart qsh:

1) how does one do that?
2) why should one do that (other than to get by the error)?
3) is there a better way to submit a java program (i.e. RUNJVA)?

Any help and guidance would be appreciated...
