The stream file has a CCSID of 819 ... but when I do a CPYFRMSTMF, I get the
following results ...

IFS file contains "SUCCESS"
SRC-PF contains "DSG "

I'm using the defaults on the CPYFRMSTMF command, as it's supposed to get
the code page & CCSID from the actual objects. I would *EXPECT* that to do
the conversion automatically.

Am I wrong?
