Title: RE: Weird Stored Procedure Problem

David,

Looking at the databse server I found out it was a commitment control problem.
Uncommited updates from previous runs.

Thanks for the input.

My first guess is something is still locked when you do the second call.
Set property errors=full on the URL and try it again.  This property will
dump out more error information.

Subject:  Weird Stored Procedure Problem

Hi y'all,

Running stored procedures, from a servlet under websphere. Runs fine the
first time, times out the second time.

Running the same stored procedure in a java app running on the AS/400, runs
first time, second time just sits there.

Running stored procedure from interactive SQL, runs fine.

Anybody seen this before and can give me a quick answer?

It defiantly seems to be a java problem although I suppose I could try
writing a quick RPG to test it.

Running on V4R4 OS/400 using toolbox driver.

Andrew
