Header to Detail?

I'd be interested in hearing thoughts on how this would be handled.

i have an order header file.
I have an order detail file.

Using the ideas mentioned here previously, I've put together my Field
Definition, a Field List (a vector of fields) and a Field Table (a vector of
Field Lists).

I'm assuming to do the above I'm going to have to go a step further.  Just
looking for ideas.  It's really something that would apply to any 1 to many
relationship files.
