I can't really help you with the urls, but I would
like to mention that if you intend to use Java as your
web language CGI is not the way to go. Servlets are a
much better solution to web programing with java. They
are better in almost every way then CGI and they are
part of the Java specification. You may wish to look
at this before jumping headfirst into CGI.
