  • Subject: DB2/400 for EntityBeans(CMP)

Hi folks,
I have been trying to use DB2/400 for EntityBeans(CMP). I
installed
weblogic 5.1 in my Windows/NT machine and created connection
pool in weblogic server using IBM's ToolBox Type 4 Driver
(com.ibm.as400.access.AS400JDBCDriver). I did this by placing a copy of
jt400.jar in the NT machine and updating weblogic class path. Now i am
able to insert and update the records in the table, but at very slow
speed. It is taking nearly 30 to 50 seconds approx to get things done.
Can any one help me to speed up the process.

Comments on this method are greatly appriciated.

Bye,
Vijay.
