You shouldn't create user stuff in /qibm unless its in a specific directory
(usually the /qibm/userdata directory but not always) called for by your
product.
/qibm is considered an IBM directory (starts with q), and things in it may
be deleted/removed when you install new products.
Many products use /qibm/userdata/prodname/ etc for user modifiable
configuration stuff that will be preserved/updraded from release to
release.
