Hello Micheal,

I had this same problem not too long ago. Basicaly if
you have the websphere test environment installed look
in workspace-> tools -> websphere test environment.
Start the test environment, set your class path. Open
a browser and access your servlet through
127.0.0.1:8080/servlet/<fully qualified classname>
This will allow you to pull up the servlet.
