Call Level Interface error

I am running a bunch of processes on AS400 V4R4
WebSphere std edition. The process involves native
JDBC access to create XML object. Suddenly during
processing and for no reason, I get an error like "
:com.ibm.db2.jdbc.app.DB2SQLException2: Error Occurred
in SQL Call Level Interface " . Later on it starts
running smoothly.. I am using IBM's Connnection pool
manager /implementations to create pool of connections
for my servlet. 

Can somebody explain how to rectify this error since
it misses a document object processing during that
error.

AS400 -v4r4
Websphere - 2.0 (std edition)
Conn pool - Using IBM' implementation
Process : 
  A thread job runs continously to poll a dataqueue
and if any entry found, it calls an extraction job to
do some sql fetches and creates xml object
