Hi Scott,

No you will need WebSphere running.  WebSphere(or any application server)
compiles your JSP and then executes it as a servlet.

Thankfully it is quite easy to do.  Plus the documentation is on IBM's web
site.

Good luck. If you get stuck feel free to e-mail me, I might be able to dig
up some notes from when we did it that might save you a few minutes.
