hI,

try test the following:

1. Is the server in listen state (netstat option 3).
If not maybe soeone defined port restrictions (cfgtcp
option 4).

2. Matbe security exit program is attached to the
server exit program. Use wrkreginf to find out. If so
it may block your code.
