Hello Joe,

I haven't tested this but the redbook sg245635 Building AS/400 Applications for 
IBM 
WebSphere Standard Edition 2.0 shows the tags as:

<INSERT>
and
<REPEAT>

That redbook also has examples of the complete tag syntax.
