× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

Those messages are in the page source so that they will display in browsers
that actually don't support Java or frames.  If you are seeing those message
only in the page source but not when you display the page itself, you can
ignore them.
