Hi,
We have developed some servlets and have successfully tested them on our machine. We have a V4R4 AS/400 m/c.
The way you are invoking the servlets is correct(the second one). Please verify whether you have given the class path correctly ( In the reloadable classpath list). We found that the class path is case sensitive. The directory name in the class path should be of the same case as in AS/400.
Regards,
Gururaj

Subject: Setting Servlets on Websphere Application Server 1.1
Hi,
I have setup Websphere Application Server 1.1 on our office machine having OS/400 V4R3.
I have a problem in accessing the servlets which I regester using the Websphere. The servlets have been added to the Websphere Server 1.1 using the 'Load at Startup' option, so whenever the Server is started, the servlets are loaded. These servlets while being loaded have been successfully tested by the Websphere Server. I can see the loaded servlets in the 'Loaded Servlet' option under 'Monitor' tab.
Now I have problem in accessing the servlet from by web browser. I use the URL http://myas400name:9090/servlet/myservlet .
I also have tried using the URL http://myas400name/servlet/myservlet .
Please help me solving the problem as it is critical for our undergoing project.
Thanks
