You need a closing slash on your ncadmin ie http : //<Host Name>/ncadmin/ ,
take a look in IGNITe/400 we have had a lot of discussions on Net.Commerce
from V2 onwards.

Thanks

Subject: Net.Commerce Question

Hi Friends

Thanks in advance.

I have Installed Net.Commerce on our AS/400e (V4R4) system a week ago and
created one instance. When I tried to start the Net.Commerce administrator
by giving an URL "http : //<Host Name>/ncadmin" , I got "You are not
authorized to view this page : HTTP Error 403 forbidden".
I am able to get only the default welcome page by giving my host
name alone. I have checked authority for all the objects/links and
directories on the IFS, all of them have *RX authority for *Public.
Could any one guide me how to solve this problem.
        Thanks once again.
Sri
